Share the Original and Inspire Your Network with the Smartphone Film Scanner

The Lomography Smartphone Film Scanner is a natural synapse, permitting the photograph, worth many thousands of words, to pass on and be distributed to your network.

I’m flipping through various photo-editing options on my phone. The preexisting, prefabricated ‘looks’ are named after iconic persons or formats such as “Diana”, “Holga”, “X-Pro”.

With the Lomography Smartphone Film Scanner the ‘looks’ are endless because they include not only the Diana F+, Holga, and X-Pro, but the Fisheye, Lomo LC-A+, and LomoKino, to name a few.

From our Analogue vs Digital Questionnaire Results | 1. Do You Own A Mobile Phone? 2. On Average, How Often Do You Use Social Media Sites Each Week? 3. Do You Keep Paper Photo Albums Of Your Analogue Photos? 4. On Average, How Many Films Would You Say You Shoot Each Month?

The want and need to share important experiences that make-up a huge part of our everyday lives, such as school, work, our friends, and hobbies are natural and something to appreciate because storytelling is a very necessary and fruitful part of existence. We’re not wizards at Lomography, just humans who like to capture extraordinarily ordinary moments and instinctively know you do too – we leave the third-eye to our cameras.

The Lomography Smartphone Film Scanner is a natural synapse, permitting the photograph, worth many thousands of words, to pass on and be distributed to your network.

Most everyone is compelled and inspired by an ‘original’ rather than its replica. This isn’t to say a replica is any less nice to gaze at and appreciate, but there’s something undeniably special about an original which is why we want you to be able to have the option to share yours, to inspire others.

Unfortunately, it happens sometimes that your resulting pictures are not what you expected - the image doesn't look that good, the colors are bland, and the subject is banal. Indeed, it couldn't be picture of the year! Herein I propose a second chance for your pictures by modifying your 35mm negatives. Just pick up some ideas from here, experiment, and scan your negatives with the Lomography Smartphone Scanner.
