Highlights: Light Painting Workshop with the La Sardina

Light is the most important element of photography. Here at the Lomography Gallery Store Toronto we taught a fun group of Lomographers how to utilize light as a tool to create unique images. Learning how to use the long exposure function on the La Sardina allowed us to do one of the most loved techniques here at Lomography: Light Painting!

By using bulb mode on your La Sardina camera you can enjoy endless fun with flashlights, sparklers and even the light from your cell phone. By leaving the La Sardina’s shutter open for extended periods of time and “painting the air” with light you can achieve exciting and innovative imagery. Check out some of the photos from our last La Sardina Light Painting Workshop!!!

Hope to see you next time!

Get ready to sail the high seas with our new La Sardina collection! These 35mm cameras are equipped with spectacular wide-angle lens, multiple exposure capabilities, and a rewind dial—everything you need for fun-filled and thrill-soaked escapades. Get your own La Sardina camera now!

    My Lomo’Instant Quick Tips

I backed the Kickstarter project for the Lomo’Instant earlier this year and was thrilled to receive it last week. Here are a few tips from what I’ve discovered from playing with the camera so far (and a couple of tips I want to try out in future)!
