Sardegna is most beautiful island in Mediterranean Sea. is the second-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea (after Sicily).
The area of Sardinia is 24,090 square kilometres (9,301 sq mi). The nearest landmasses to the island are (clockwise from north) the French island of Corsica, the Italian Peninsula, Tunisia, and the Spanish Balearic Islands. Sardinia is part of Italy, with a special statute of regional autonomy under the Italian Constitution. The name is of unknown origin, though it may have to do with a tribe called the Sardi.
Sardinian hard (wild) landscape is characterized by mountain chains, massifs, tablelands (plateau), Campidano plain and by rivers. Some artificial lakes and numerous ponds, soften Sardinian view. Sardinian coasts are full of beaches, mortises and cliffs, which are lapped by the blue water of Sardinian sea. I take this picture in this wonderful place, in a special mode in Porto Pino (people and sea) and Oristano (for nice murales). I hope that all lomo friends can be visiting this fantastic place.
