My Lomo(love) Story

9 commentsExactly a year ago, that was around Christmas, I was stuck on doing “photoshop” actions until I discover this certain tutorial on how to make vignettes. This led me searching why such a photo can give this dark cornered area and how a camera can do it. I tried to take some photos using a digital but I can never accomplish those four, dark corners and always end up photoshopping my images.

3 comments and 2 votesI went to Pulau Sendal on New Year. No special purpose, it's just so happen that I celebrated the New Year's Eve in Lampung and I really want to see the beach there. So I went to Mutun Beach and take a five minutes boat ride to Pulau Sendal.

Lomo LCA+ RL: Love at First Roll

4 comments and 4 votesThe moment I got my LC-A+ RL in my hands I could not wait to start shooting. I had read that the first couple of rolls usually come out a little blurry because you need to get use to focusing the different distances, so I was not expecting anything great with my first roll. However, when I got the roll back from the lab, I realized the LC-A + RL was going to be my best friend forever.

one commentIf you come to Düsseldorf, you'll probably want to see the Old Town. But when you're already there (and if the weather's only halfway decent) you should go down to the Rhine and stroll down the Rheinuferpromenade (Rhine Embankment Promenade).
