My Lomo Story by cyanwater and ymiij

by shhquiet
posted about 1 year ago
11 commentsTwo lomo enthusiasts, who felt bored after shooting each other, decided to look for new friends. They hunted around for a local lomo community but to no avail. To satisfy their insatiable hunger for excitement, it was apparent they had to do something about it. Nine days later, on the 27th October 2006, Lomotion Singapore was born. Within months, more and more kids were added to the happy family. They all share the same aim of spreading the love for lomography.

1 voteA treasured moment with all my friends at Teluk Batik, Perak. Teluk Batik beach used to be a favorite picnic haunt during the 80's. Pollution caused this beach to loose its luster during the 90's, but the state government is restoring the spot to its former beauty.

7 comments and 3 votesLomo Supersamper is a 35mm multilens camera, it is the queen of multilenses; don’t let yourself be fooled by its simple design, plastic body and its small lens, this camera is really something, it can take four panorama sequential shots in one 35mm film frame.

Daphne, a very sweet journalist, interviews the local lomography dumpling (me) and then they goes back to the studio discussion.

Frankfurt Skyline

by abcdefuck
posted about 1 year ago
4 comments and 4 votesFrankfurt is just the fifth-largest city in Germany, but Frankfurt has the biggest and nicest skyline in Germany and maybe Europe. The towers of the important banks dominate the sky. People are always thinking that Frankfurt is such a large city, but that's not really true. "Only" 670,000 live there. Anyway, if you're walking between the skyscrapers, you'll get the feeling of being in New York or Tokyo. But the traffic is more quietly. All the of Europe-German money-business is taking place in that towers.
