With the change of Politics it changed it face and its significance over the decades and serves as a good example for the east in general. First it was the Cathedral Square fort he Orthodox Church, as the Russian Empire conquered the region.

People often think of double-exposure photos as something taken out of coincidence, but "Snap!":http://www.snap-magazine.com/ wants to encourage a new way of enjoying double-exposure photos taken with careful planning and calculation.

The Grounds of Alberta's Legislature (Edmonton)

2 votesAs expected, the Alberta Legislature is the site of serious business for the government of one of Canada's wealthiest provinces. But it is also a great place to find families picnicking and playing in one of the many fountains, community groups gathering to celebrate a multitude of occasions, lobby groups protesting something or another, and young men proposing marriage to their lovely ladies (as I did nearly 10 years ago).

one comment and 1 voteA friend in the darkroom: The most user friendly B&W film for analogue fiends... Its does all the hard work so you don't have to worry that much for a quite daunting process of doing monochrome photography.
