Lomography Photo Highlights: SLR Mania!

8

If you're hankering for something more rigid and more professional to shoot with, try out an SLR! They're relatively cheap to come by nowadays and provide fantastic results!

Nikon L-35 AF

Some already had them to start with, while others gradually graduate to them after being introduced to Lomography. The trusty film SLRs that our moms and dads had back then are now ours ripe for the taking! Treat these gems as precious heirlooms and their output won’t fail you. Don’t have one? You can go to your local flea market or the dreaded evilbay and get one for practically nothing. Try out the manual exposure settings and you’re sure to learn and improve! After getting the crisp and sharp detail of these SLRs, you might want to combine them with the dreamy and surreal aesthetic of the Diana F+ so never fear, we have a special adaptor your Canon and Nikon cameras. Mount the adaptor, then your favorite Diana+ lens and you’re good to go!

I love my SLR! Pentax K1000 with a fast 50mm lens. when I went to australia I took only that and a bunch of Ilford HP5. The spirit of analogue runs through Lomo and the old manual SLR!
