Not only she has been a three-time LomoHome of the day winner, she also got married just a year ago with a fellow Lomographer! And until this very day, she owes almost everything that is happening in her life to this one little magical camera called the Lomo LC-A! Better pour some tea as we talk with orangebird, our LomoGuru for this week!

I made Lomo friends around the world and this will continue all the time. I like looking at their photographs because I seem to go on a world trip. Those photographs stimulate me! And I was also glad that I got three LomoHomes of the Day. (old Lomo site, beta Lomo site and current Lomo site!)
Have you actually met people in the Community that you now consider as close friends? If yes, name at least one of them.
wil6ka — I watched his Lomohome, and I became his fan. He is the first friend whom I met in Lomography. His portrait photograph is great.
takezzo — He is a friend I met in a Lomo event inJapan. He attendeded my wedding ceremony. His daily life photographs are very nice.
They are wonderful Lomographers to respect. And I have a lot of Lomo friends who want to meet still — I look forward to it.
Do you think you’ll still be taking Lomographs in the next 5 years? Why
Yes, of course! As far as there is film, as far as there is an analog life, as far as there is Lomography! Forever!
What is your favorite Lomo camera and why? Do you have any memorable experiences while using this camera?
LOMO LC-A & LC-A+
LC-A was my first camera. It gave color for me in my life. The color that I photographed in LC-A is more attractive than other cameras. My LC-A is a part of my life. I can’t lose it as the most necessary item holding in a record of the daily life, the memory of a special day, a trip.
LC-A+ plays an active part in the trip in particular.I like photographing delicious food and self-portrait with wide angle lens.
Memorable experience is to have photographed my wedding ceremony last year.
Is there any advice you can give to new analogue shooters?
Take your camera everywhere you go and don’t miss a shutter chance.
