Analogue Coverage: Fisheye Baby 110 is Born in Manchester

These are my Fisheye shots from the Fisheye Baby 110 launch party in LGS Manchester a few weeks ago. Read on to find out what made this evening a success!

A few weeks ago saw Lomography launch the new Fisheye Baby 110 in the regular and metal editions. Of course, Louise (@louwest) and I had to pop over to check out the party scene and maybe purchase one of these little miracles. Unfortunately, due to an oil spill on the motorway, it took us over two-and-a-half hours to drive from Leeds to Manchester and on the way, Louise had already decided she would be buying the metal version of this little baby. As soon as we got there, that was the first thing she did!

This was a fun night in the Lomo store, as a local artist had made some giant stationery to fit in with the theme of the evening, which were things that had been shrunk, like the cameras themselves.

Bizarrely I cannot find my photos of the giant stationery!

As usual, the drinks flowed, the music from the Trash-o-rama DJs was brilliant and Jenny was wasted. So much so that not only did she bring along a skateboarding Liam Gallagher-type figure who really put the “mad” in Madchester!

All in all, we had a great night, Louise got a Fisheye Baby 110 and took it on the Blackpool trip that weekend, and we had a great time socializing with our favorite Lomo friends. Looking forward to the next one now!
