Japan's Whirling Photography

10

A group of funky Japanese artists created the "rrrrrrrroll" project. They took half a year to photograph many "Whirling" themed photos. Be it a girl whirling by herself or an object whirling, these are animated photos, representing the concept of temporal flow.

Before this, we had the “Floating Girl” series shot by a Japanese girl. Now, we have the funky “Whirling Girl” series! This series of artwork is animated—such a creative presentation style really attracts one’s eyes! Although the whirling girl in the photos have a bizarre and horrifying aura, one can’t help but give it the thumbs up!

Let’s take a look at the entire “Whirling” series of photos!

I am definitely having nightmares! Actually there are other more refreshing whirling girls, don’t be horrified!

Are you inspired to take your own whirling photos? If you can’t get enough, please check out this website for more whirling girl photos!

Creepy but somehow strangely compelling. I think I like the one with the glowing glasses/eyes the best of all of them.
