Yesterday, Lomography shared some good news with the world; We had a Baby! A Baby Fisheye 110, that is. We invited the city of San Francisco to come celebrate the newest addition to our film-loving family. Check out some photos of our party at the San Francisco Gallery Store after the jump!
The word is out, and the world’s abuzz! Lomography made a splash when they revived 110 film earlier this month; The ultra-limited 110 Orca BW film has been highly coveted here in San Francisco, and we can hardly keep it in stock! It was only natural that we’d follow up with a camera with which to shoot the film!
What: The Little Big Party: San Francisco Mystery Product Launch
When: Thursday, June 14th @ 6PM
Where: Lomography Gallery Store San Francisco
Camera, Film, or Accessory and Technique or Tipster: Babye Fisheye 110 Cameras
The staff had an early glimpse at the shrunken wonder, and were instantly enamored with the little guys! It seem that our local Lomo lovers feel the same way! They’re cute, they’re tiny, and they shoot super-wide Fisheye images. Our friends fawned over the new cameras while enjoying our newest DJ, who kept the vibe up with electronic remixes and hip hop mashups! We had some tiny treats to pacify our guests, too… And,of course, what party would be complete without some cold beer?
It’s always a blast at Lomography San Francisco’s blue hour events. The celebration hasn’t ended! Drop by the shop to see the Baby Fisheye 110 cameras for yourself, or join us at our Wild & Wide Fisheye Workshop this weekend!
Want to get a Fisheye camera for yourself? Pick one up in our online shop and join in on the fun!
Until next time, cheers!
