Once upon a time in Soviet Russia, advertising posters flourished with remarkable design – making them highly prized collector’s items today.
Whilst earlier Art Nouveau advertisements exuded elegance and featured only the most precious products,
design changed fast when the Communists came to power. Eventually however, the Russians started injecting more tasteful design elements such as traditional art, and even resorted to stranger concepts as you can see below.
