It’s time for a LomoMatrix in Montevideo!
After a few years you can see that the analogue and Lomography community is getting bigger and more active in our city. We’ve done some cool Lomowalls and Lomowalks, but it is time to take a step forward keeping that pace. That’s why we think that it is time for our first LomoMatrix. So, anyone in Montevideo is welcome to join us and create the matrix effect with analogue cameras!
It is going to take place at Parque Rodó, on June 17th, 13:00 (it’s Sunday, there’s no excuse!). What you need: film rolls (as many as you want), plus fresh ideas for the photos (and anything else that you need ideas for). Don’t forget the camera! If the weather does not help, we will postpone it for the next Sunday.

When a truly fascinating photograph hits you, it’s powerful enough to transport you to the story that is being told in that image. Such is what happens when one sees Suji Park's work for the first time. It’s as if you can actually hear and feel the details of each snapshot — the warmth of a late afternoon sun, the complex silence of nature or a dry and nostalgic solitude.
