The world's fiercest accessory lens for your Lomo LC-A and Holga. Magnify the tunnel effect of your images into a dreamy portrait of dark vignetted edges, blurred outside circles, and minty sharp & contrasty centers.
I remember when the LSI first released the Tunnel Vision Lens. I wanted one so bad, but never got one. Finally years later I adding this treasure to my collection and boy was I upset that I didn’t buy it sooner. This lens is the perfect accessory for the LC-A, LC-A+ and Holga. The lens really struck my interest when I saw the gallery of Holga images taken w/ the lens. Since getting the lens, it has been a permanent fixture on my Holga. I have tested the lens on my Lubitel, Contax T2, Holga and LC-A. The effects are perfect. You can shoot up to 1 inch (2.5cm) away with the integrated macro attachment. A magnet attaches the lens to a mounting ring on the camera face. The nylon strap keeps the lens securely on your camera. Includes strap, case, and 4 mounting rings. Titanium lens, made in Japan. 10-yr warranty. After having the lens for over a month and shooting mainly w/ my Holga I saw that the top part of the lens comes off and you can use the lens as a Macro lens! Getting the hang of the macro lens is kinda tricky. Here are some tips for shooting macro:
LC-A, LC-A+: Shoot on a bright day with 400ASA film. Set the distance at 0.8m, set the aperture to f/16 for a reflective surface and f/11 for a dull one. Get within an inch (2.5cm) of your subject.
Holga: Shoot on a bright day with 400ASA film. Set the distance at the closest setting and the aperture on “sunny.” Get within on inch (2.5cm) of your subject.
Now the Tunnel Vision Lens multiplies your lens’s focal length by 0.45. So, the LC-A’s 32mm lens is blown out to an approximate 15mm with the lens on and the Holga’s lens moves from a 60mm to 27mm view. The magnetic ring and nylon strap are lifesavers let me tell you. Just always check the placement of the lens before shooting, especially w/ the LC-A, sometimes your finger can push the lens off, when your adjusting the focus.
I can go on and on with this review, but to put it simple. Don’t wait like I did, go out and buy this lens. You wont regret it.
