On Sunday, June 15th, Lomography and B&H Photo will present a mouth-watering Diana+ Workshop at B&H’s event space. Michael Kuhle will briefly run through the history of the camera and explain its many functions. Following that, we’ll hit the streets of midtown for walkabout Diana+ Safari of all the sights. It will truly be “easy like a Sunday morning.” Or a Sunday afternoon, as it were. Here’s the deal:
A limited quantity of loaner Diana+ cameras will be on hand for you to use (first come, first served).
A batch of free medium format film will be provided by Fuji.
The B&H Neighborhood photo safari will begin by interpreting the historic James A. Farley Post Office (which has the longest giant order Corinthian colonnade in the world), documenting the recently closed Cheyenne Diner (a classic chrome NY dinner located across the street from B&H) and other details found around the 9th Ave area.
A local development lab will offer a discount on processing for all films shot during the Diana+ safari.
