The Answer to a Broken Lever on Your Sprocket Rocket

3

I just bought a new Sprocket Rocket and was wondering if the lever for setting N or B is faulty. Here's what I found out.

Hi there Lomographers! Did you purchase a Sprocket Rocket & realise that the lever on your camera which enables you to set to either N or B is loose? Especially when the lever is set to N? Dont worry now you will get your answer!

You have just gotten a perfect Sprocket Rocket like everyone else did. Your Sprocket is not faulty & at the same time every Sprocket’s lever moves the same way. Here is a video I took of my Sprocket to give you a better idea of want I am saying.

Have no worries Lomographers! Make sure that the lever stays on B or N when you set your chosen shooting mode. Have fun!

The Sprocket Rocket is the first wide-angle camera dedicated entirely to sprockets. And with dual winding knobs for easy multiple exposures, there is no limit to your analogue creativity with this panoramic wonder. See the Sprocket Rocket in our Shop!

but be careful , mine has the same problem . when i set to N , it would move to B if i shake the camera. I checked the shutter , and it did the B function. Spoiled some of my photos already.

    Finally, My Own Petzval Lens

In April of this year I had the chance to test the Petzval Lens and to write a review on it for the German photography forum Kwerfeldein. The lens excited me from the very beginning, at the time it was introduced on Kickstarter. I was afraid that once I had tested the lens, I would want to have one of my own! Well, that’s what happened; a year later, I finally bought my very own Petzval lens.
