We come with a special edition of Doubles With You - this time I found a new great doubles partner and you know him all well: it's lucasjakobbson :))
As a staff member here at Lomography I often get to sit and awe at all the wonderful shots that exist out there (actually they are just a click away in the Photos section). I wanted to join in the fun and 2 rolls later here are the results with Vicuna. I really like the results and I think that the majority of my future doubles will be done with the Lomography Redscale Film, its simply awesome! Why? Its the deep tones, the apocalyptic feel and while I sometimes prefer to get the “normal” colors for other shots, for doubles this effect really is the “cheery on top.”
“As I always like to experiment doubles with new Lomo-partners around the world (and I already made doubles with 35 different Lomographers producing 88 double exposed films… now it’s 36 – 90 ;) I was looking for someone I didn’t made a film swapping with. I saw in the Doubles With You entry about the collaboration between lomodirk & larslau (amazing work they did there!) that lucasjakobsson wanted to make doubles with someone. “How great” I tough and proposed him immediately to swap 2 rolls of film (a Lomo Redscale & a Kodak Elitechrome EBX) with LC-A/LC-A+)"And here are the results! :)
We all know that the Horizon cameras are fantastic when it comes to taking photos of spectacular scenery— but did you know that they're great for street photography too? Allow us to share with you 10 reasons why you should try it the next time you're on the streets.
Lassi, one of our awesome Petzval Lens Kickstarter backers, came to visit us at Lomography HQ this week. We had a brilliant time introducing him to the Lomography team, showing him some of the Vienna sights and generally having fun. As part of the trip, we organized a special photo-shoot in which we took photos with a vintage Petzval lens on a Sinar P2 4x5 camera. Head past the jump to find out more about the great time we had with Lassi and to see some old-school Petzval shots!
They may be miles apart but it didn't stop these two lomographers from exchanging creative ideas and film rolls! Have look at this fiery film swap in this edition of Doubles With You.
It was our great pleasure to chat with the CEO of Ondu Pinhole Cameras, Elvis Halilović, about his interest in pinhole photography as well as the formation of his company that produces handcrafted pinhole cameras. We found his answers fascinating and we think you will too. Thanks Elvis for being so generous in sharing your story and cameras with us!

The entire Kodak Elitechrome series belong to my favorite films. From the EB, to the EBX, ED, and EL; they all have great features once you know how to use them well. The EL with its 400 ISO hardly gets any attention, which is also because of the fact that it is more uncommon. But that is about to change with this. Here's some e-love.
