Fireworks in London with the LC-WIDE

2

The LC-Wide had a lot of fun capturing the fireworks on the 12th of November along the River Thames this year .

The Lord Mayors Show took place on the 12th of November, the parade started at 11.02am after a two-minute silence for Armistice Day. The first parade took place in 12:15 so it’s part of London’s heritage.

The fireworks started at 5pm, nearby I found a lovely vintage bungalow where I had a chai latte and a waffle to keep me warm. Instead of stopping at Waterloo stop at Westminster, you’ll see the fireworks anywhere along the River Thames.

For food the choices are endless, candyfloss, hot dogs, veggie burgers, ice creams, waffles, and so on.

If it’s your first time in Westminster, don’t forget to take pictures of the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, and Big Ben. You can also take a walk along the Thames to the Tate Britain Gallery.

The Lomo LC-Wide boasts the newly-developed 17mm Minigon Ultra-Wide Angle lens. This 35mm camera wonder is the perfect companion for your photo expeditions. It produces eye-catching splashes of colour with astonishing saturation and contrasts with the added versatility of 3 different formats. Nice. I know the LC-Wide has a slightly slower lens than the LC-A+, but it still did OK in low light.
