Déjà Vu in Your Daily Life

Have you ever experienced a day when you felt like you have already went through the same day in the past? This is what the French people like to call “Déjà vu”, which means “already seen.”

It sometimes happens when we experience familiar circumstances and when there is similar information processing with our memory.

These photos show the scenes I see every day in my daily life and routine. Even though they are similar scenes, on some days I find things I have never seen before, and it feels very new and exciting — as if I am in a different city.

There are some scenes I see everyday like a routine. Even though I get used to seeing the same scenery, there are more memories you can collect there, and sometimes it becomes a point where I can refer to, and you can see how longer it will take to walk to get to my destination.

Are there any scenes that you know by heart because you are so used to it in your daily life? Describe them to us by sharing your destination and how it looks!

The World According to Herr Willie: The Amazon

It was the Amazon which I had longed for my whole life. And when it was finally a set deal that I will travel to Brazil with two of my best friends for the Copa do Mundo (World Cup), we really had to start our adventure in the Amazon. I had known about this magical place deep in the rainforest. There was a lodge run by local people of indigenous background, with wooden houses that float on the water and a limited number of visitors. It was eco-tourism as how it should be. To preserve and to celebrate one of the most impressive locations I have seen so far.

4 Years in Paradise: Living and Learning in French Polynesia

People seek extraordinary experiences while traveling, but not everyone gets to have an adventure of a lifetime. LomoAmigos: The Ting Tings Go Analogue!

The Ting Tings are a musical duo from Manchester who have more pop hits than you can shake a stick at. They are most famous for their 2008 hit "That's Not My Name" which got even the stiffest of people shaking in their seats. The Ting Tings are back with a brand new album called Super Critical. They are big film fanatics (check out their website for proof) so we gave them a Sprocket Rocket Camera and a bunch of film to document their life in sunny IBIZA.
