Exploring the colors, shadows, and trees of Richmond Park, a large 2360 acre park inside of London with Agfa CT Precisa
London is one massive concrete playground with lots of hidden and amazing greenery. One of these havens is the massive Richmond Park. I have been lucky enough to live within walking distance of the park for most of my life. Don’t be mistaken though, this is no children’s park, and actually if you just teleported into the park you would think you were in the middle of nowhere somewhere near Norfolk, not next to the centre of London.
One night coming home, I decided to cycle through Richmond Park instead of my usual route. There was an amazing sunset and the trees were bare or just losing their leaves. Armed with an LC-Wide with some Agfa CT Precisa fiim left in it, I went to town (or park) with it.
The Lomo LC-Wide boasts the newly-developed 17mm Minigon Ultra-Wide Angle lens. This 35mm camera wonder is the perfect companion for your photo expeditions. It produces eye-catching splashes of colour with astonishing saturation and contrasts with the added versatility of 3 different formats. Open up to a new photographic experience with the LC-Wide, available in our Shop.
I don't care if this film has been reviewed a zillion times, that it has already been discontinued, or that there might be a Japanese version of it. The Agfa CT Precisa that I know gives me the blues. Oh, yes - not a Chelsea FC fan, but this film is all about the color blue. Say hello to the blues!
This film has fine grain, especially when cross-processed in C41. And if you use a Lomo camera, maybe the LC-A or the LC-Wide, the results will be more interesting with strong vignettes in your pictures!
Battersea Park is on the south bank of the River Thames. With 200 acres of green space, you’ll get plenty of space for some amazing shots. The park has everything - wildlife, sports, gardens, a children’s zoo, and even a pagoda! What more could you wish for?
This August, we bring you back to your roots and explore the wonders of nature! First, we cook up a storm with a film soup experiment. Followed by nature photowalks at beautiful scenic parks in Singapore to unearth the tips & tricks of trouble exposure, as well as the unique methods to perfect our macro shots. To cap off the learning month, we'll gather on a cozy Friday night for a new special sharing series by the Lomography Community -- with Sharing Session #1: Nature.

Acidulated and saturated colors, perspective and geometric effects, and retrofuturistic vision make up the hallucinating world of London-based design studio La Boca. Its creative director, Scot Bendall, is a Lomographer. He accepted the challenge to play around with and customize a La Sardina DIY. See his La Sardina creation and illustrations after the jump.
