I discovered the Lake Geneva this summer during a little week end at friend's home. Wasn't exactly at Geneva, but in the nice city of Nyons, about 20 km from Geneva but still at the lake! This lake is really huge and the panorama that's in front of you let's you think about a seaside and not the Alps!!

I had a little walk around this lake and was fascinated by the place. A little port with boats and ducks, little beaches to sunbathe, some restaurants to eat fish from the lake…. really nice holidays to spend along this lake. And the whole area has beautiful landscapes where you can have nice walks and always have the lake in the view! :)
The cold weather is steadily creeping in at Lomography HQ in Vienna. It filled us with nostalgic joy to discover a whole new selection of wonderful end-of-Summer photos taken with the LC-A 120 throughout the Austrian countryside by our colleague Dream. If you want to know the heart of a person, peek inside his/her wardrobe! And no, nobody famous said that; I only just made it up. But really, don't you think it's true? After all, the way we dress screams our personality; at least for most of us. And that is why, as soon as I land on a new city, one of the things I absolutely must do is find the local boutiques. Sure, I love the fancy chain boutiques as much as the next person, but there's just something else about a local clothing store. It's unique!
When I was a child, I regularly went to Blaavand located at the Danish west coast with my brothers and my parents. However, I didn't anymore when I grew up. But in 2012, we hit the road again. It was my first visit there in about 20 years. I took the chance and packed as many cameras as possible into my luggage. In this article, I'm going to present to you the photos I took with my Nikon F-501 SLR.
Reminiscent of traveling photographers of the 19th century, Giles Clement tours through the country with his assistant, Zeiss (an Irish Terrier), offering everything from portrait sessions to wildly creative photographic projects for magazines and companies. And although his mode of transportation may have evolved with the times, his photographic method and gear have changed very little compared to the photographers of days past. Now, with over 3 years of tintyping experience under his belt and an impressive list of clients, he's carved a name out for himself as an accomplished tintyper and continues to spread his passion for this ages-old technique everywhere he goes.
Anna Hollond got her fist camera on her 10th birthday, and she hasn't stopped carrying a camera ever since. About a year ago, she sought to document her memories for her journal but didn't want to do so digitally, and got her first Lomography camera. Next thing she knew, she had a trove of instant cameras, as well as a knack for instant photography.

Autochrome was one of the first strides toward color photography. The combination of potato starch grains and silver bromide produces a cloudy cast that makes buildings like Villa Bonnier look even more intriguing.
