When you go to Kuala Lumpur, you should take a visit to Kuala Lumpur City Center (KLCC), a landmark in Kuala Lumpur, and a place for you to shop 'til you drop.

Suria KLCC is a premier shopping center, located in Kuala Lumpur City Center. It has 6 floors of retail outlets which offer different kinds of goods and services to shoppers; from fashion to housewares, leisure to health & beauty, electronics to sports & fitness, and is open daily from 10am to 10pm.

Most of the luxury brands can be found in Suria KLCC such as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Aigner, Anya Hindmarch, Burberry, Bally, Coach, Hugo Boss, Chanel, Versace, and so on. These are famous and world leading fashion brands, with luxury price tags. I only do window shopping on those retailers, because the price range is not in my range. I like to shop more in retail outlets such as Topman, Uniqlo, Adidas, Quiksilver, Zara, and Levi’s.

If you are looking for the latest fashion trend, just come to Suria KLCC. With different kinds of fashion brands displaying different kinds of designs, and the latest fashions, they are awaiting for you to take them home. If you’re looking for fashion inspirations, you can take a look on the dolls that are displayed. All the fashion on display will surely inspire you to get creative.

I love visiting Kinokuniya Book Store. They have a large selection of books with different types and in different languages. I can get English, Chinese, Malay, and Japanese books in the store. I can stay in the store for a few hours and look for my favorite books.

Suria KLCC is a great shopping center for the family. Petrosains is located in Suria KLCC, they present science and technology in a very interesting way. Aquaria is a huge aquarium that presents marine ecosystems. Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS has a great music hall which is perfect for classical performances.

When you visit KLCC, take pictures by the Petronas Twin Towers, this is a must, and don’t forget to shop in Suria KLCC. This place will amaze you.

Summer Hot Spots: Blaavand, Denmark (Part Two)

When I was a child, I regularly went to Blaavand, located at the Danish west coast, with my brothers and parents. I stopped going there as I grew up. In 2012 however, we hit the road again. It was my first return visit in about 20 years. I took the chance and packed as many cameras as possible into my luggage. In part two of my journey log, I'm going to show you the pictures I took with my Lomography cameras.

The World According to Herr Willie: The Amazon

It was the Amazon which I had longed for my whole life. And when it was finally a set deal that I will travel to Brazil with two of my best friends for the Copa do Mundo (World Cup), we really had to start our adventure in the Amazon. I had known about this magical place deep in the rainforest. There was a lodge run by local people of indigenous background, with wooden houses that float on the water and a limited number of visitors. It was eco-tourism as how it should be. To preserve and to celebrate one of the most impressive locations I have seen so far.
