What happens next? Find out in this chapter of Caviar Diaries.
Here is the situation. You are standing in front of the border patrol at St. Petersburg airport and the lady in the booth has problems with your passport. “Don’t get nervous – don’t pull the trigger.” As a journalist, you are not always welcome in some countries and I am not only talking about the east. I almost didn’t get an Indian visa once just because of my occupation. Therefore I always put advertising or artist in the blank fields of an application – something that won’t arouse suspicion! But, now this: She can’t read my visa. Did Wladimir in the embassy back in the Ukraine play a foul game? Did he set me up? Am I going to be on a bread and water diet instead of caviar and champagne? Njet! Wladimir is not evil at all – he is just a fool. He glued the visa upside down into my passport. I understand, I mean, it’s not like you would issue a visa very often in an embassy… But a joke about the morons in the embassy makes me smile. We laugh together, and I walk alone, I am in Russia.

I have captured moments, memories, and dreams this year, which is my favorite thing to do. This is a short version and visual diary of my year 2014.
