Through the years, the Magazine’s Reviews section has been a prime information resource on the best gear that the analogue world needs to try and learn about. With this in mind, we felt the need to update the section’s *Submission Guidelines* with a minor change, so the community will better appreciate and benefit from more extensive reviews.

The Content for every review submission must now be at 200 words minimum, so readers can have a better grasp and understanding about the film, camera, or accessory being reviewed. If you’re thinking of making a submission, the following pointers can help you pen a lengthier and well-written article:

  • Answer questions about the product’s operation. Which conditions yield the best results? Which settings can be altered to offer the best effects?
  • Always back up these points with personal experience and photo examples where possible.
  • End with your overall opinion – Is this a must have for any analogue enthusiast? Did you encounter any problems with the item you are reviewing?

Note: This change will apply to submissions received starting today, 15th September 2011.

And that’s it, we’ll be waiting for your insightful review submissions!
