We're currently on a generation that is being flooded with too much photography. And one can say that pretty much everything else are already done before and nothing is left for newness... or so we thought?

EXPERIMENTWITHCOLOURS by scootiepye
“Try something different – not always the same … so much colour choice out there :) Experiment with as many as you can get your hands on – no really go for it!”
With the Lubitel+ on your hands, not only it tells you to shoot your world on squares but also encourages you to play with what Lomographers really love: the beautiful analogue colour saturation! Just like what scootiepye did, she fearlessly used a variety of slide films (and cross-processed it) that made us aware of the colours which only the Lubitel+ can see. Congratulations!
And while you’re on it, why not let everyone know who you really love and why you’re such a Lubitel+ addict here!
Upload your tips now and you could see yours on this space next week!
It's only been a few weeks since we launched the newest member of the LC-A family, yet the Internet has already been abuzz with much talk about it. We're thrilled to see all the coverage that photography and tech websites and blogs have given the LC-A 120, so we've rounded up some of them to share with you right here!
Perhaps you’ve already had chance to try light painting, multiple exposures and long exposures with your Lomo’Instant, but what can you experiment with next? Well, that’s exactly the thought I had which led to giving this Tipster a go. I wanted to shoot Lomo’Instant photos which felt a bit “messier” than what I’m usually used to and to use a technique which would open up new possibilities with the kinds of images I could create with my favorite instant camera. Well, here I go!
Some people say instant photos bring about a feeling of nostalgia. Although I often use the Lomo'Instant Camera with different crazy accessories such as the Splitzer and color gels, I have to agree there is something about it — dreamy vignettes maybe? — that always makes me want to go back in time and experience it all over again. In the name of analogue photography and good old memories, we passed by some classic spots in Vienna and took one shot after the other. Take a closer look at our gallery.
Making your very own LomoKino movie is really fun and rewarding, but it also requires some time and effort. Now here's some good news - Samplomat will make it easier for you! This desktop application is free for Mac and Windows systems. Let the LomoKino movie-making begin!
If you are looking for some lomographic entertainment this month in your home city or if you are traveling the world and want some insider tips from our lomography teams, here’s a selection of what is going on in Lomography Gallery and Embassy Stores around the world.
In prime areas of New York and San Francisco, the phrase ‘rush hour’ is always on the menu. Drive up to Reno, and the same expression fizzles. Many roads are framed by mountains and shrubbery, a picture of calm in the city. But the night makes up for the day’s stilly mood. Casinos flaunt LED signs and marquees, a treat for urban photographers.
Done shooting and want your films to be processed? We can process your colour and black & white 35mm, 120 or 110 films! Development, prints and scans are also included. (Service availability depends on your markets)
Jungle, home, haven. The same words may apply to both city and nature. Though different they are linked. The city takes after the colors of flowers and animals; people mold their neighborhoods after the shapes of nature. Other similarities are accidental: the fun bit.
