Mt. Adams, a neighborhood in the middle of Eden Park in Cincinnati, is both a historic part of Cincinnati's heritage, and a really cool place where artistic minds can let loose pretty much every day of the year. And many have already let loose on the architecture, gardens, bars, and cafes around the neighborhood.
