There Is A Light That Never Goes Out.............................................

THANK YOU LOMOGRAPHY!

Today is Vicki’s funeral. I’m not looking forward to it at all. I just want this day to be over.

Anyway…………. I just want to thank everyone in our Lomo community who sent me messages of support. Every single one touched my heart. It got me thinking about how wonderful our community is. People who I have never met, people who I have only spoken to thru’ comments and msgs have all come together to give me support thru my hour of need. I can’t really think of any other online community where that would happen. And for this I love each and every one of you.

I have 22 albums ready to upload. I think I will start uploading within the next few days. I feel guilty that I will be posting again – I don’t know why, I just do. I was even going to quit my photography all together. But that would be the last thing Vicki would have wanted me to do. She was so proud of the photos I took although she would always complain that I never take normal photos anymore!

Love to each and every one of you………….. weleasewoger72

Very touching message, Steven. I'm glad that you're soldiering on and staying with the community - even if you don't take 'normal' photos ;-) I hope the funeral goes/went as well as can be expected, and that you continue to keep your spirit alive. All the best, my friend.

I was super glad to see you uploading again. I was worried about you and I was truly glad to see your photos again and to read this blog post. My heart is still with you...and I totally feel for you during this tough time. Hang in there...and keep the uploads coming ;)
