or at least my first "very good..." ;)

I took this picture in March of 2010 on my very first Lomography camera: my Diana F+. I was walking around my neighborhood one night when I noticed a new camera shop. It was bright, colorful, and full of the kind of toys I wanted to play with. I’d been curious about Lomography for a while. When I walked in, I was greeted by the famous Satomi who asked me some questions to figure out what I was looking for. She suggested that I try the Diana F+. Only later did I realize that a real-life Lomo-celebrity had sold me my first plastic beauty!
That weekend, I took my Diana with me to Laguna Beach. I was sitting on my blanket when the three friends stopped in front of me stand and sit in the surf. I popped my Diana out of my bag and with a quick “click,” my first best picture was taken.
I later submitted the picture to a Diana Vignettes rumble. To my surprise, my image was picked along with the others to be shown in the Lomography Gallery Store in Berlin.
But it was one of my first favorites before it was picked as a winner in that Rumble…I promise. ;)

Yes, I'm *extremely* satisfied with my Diana F+. I think I'll take it out with me this weekend for some adventures around the neighborhood.
