Welcome the Sun
This was more of a Solstice card, from 1998. I created it with a double exposure in the darkroom. The first layer is one of my favorite sunflower shots with bare branched trees along the Bow River in Calgary as the second exposure on the velvet stipple double weight paper. This photo was shot on film. Taken by troch with a Nikon FE loaded with Ilford HP5 film (available in our Online Shop) in Canada. These tags describe this photo: darkroom prints, cards, doubles, and christmas. This photo can also be found in the album Two Cards for You.
