New Year 2009, Indonesia. I brought Vivitar UWS & Canon EOS 66 for this trip.

It’s really a pain if you carry 2-3 cameras at the same time. it’s like juggling, but i guess every cameras deserved a shot. First city Bandung, West Java. We ‘juggle’ around Tangkuban Perahu Volcano and then on to Kawah Putih. Kawah Putih is beautiful, it’s a sulphur lake with florences water . Down by the ‘crater’ are filled with burned trees and suprisingly, it’s rather cooling, around 15deg. It’s my first volcano shots too!
Last day is spent at 2nd city, Indonesian’s capital Jakarta.It’s a city filled with activities and colours. It’s busy streets are lined with street hawkers and huge tall buildings. A friend brought us to the old Jakarta quater. Love the area, many old abandoned buildings, such places are disapearing fast in the modern world, it seems to be popular for bridal shootings.
Jakarta & Bandung will always have a spot in my heart, the richness of the city can’t be compared to mine.
