Lomo in an instant! But....which instant?

Diana F+ Instant back or LC-A+ Instant back...what do we think guys?

How awesome is this photo by satomi? VERY!

Hey Lomo Peeps!

Do any of you have an opinion on whether the Diana F+ instant back or L-CA+ instant back are better? Or are they both super awesome?

I have an L-CA+ and was thinking of getting an instant back for it, however…I have now just seen that awesome new Japan F+ and am contemplating one of those with the instant back?

Any recommendations? x

Even though I don't have either of those cameras (I really want an LCA) I would go for the LCA instant back since that's the camera you have already.

Cool! Thanks for the advice :) I'm leaning towards the LC-A+ back as the camera has a lightmeter so I might get better results...it's £25 more than the diana f+ back though, eeek!

I have just got the hang of my Diana back, what with the tricky viewfinder guessing! I love it but it does make for a bulky carry around. I don't know if the lc-a has the same problem with the viewfinder. Either way, you have a win-win situation! I need a scanner now! :)

I have the Diana Instant Back and I love it. But then again, i've never used the LCA so I don't know how it would compare. The Diana instant back is easy to put on and use though.

LC-A back hands down. The results have lovely vignetting, a crisp and soft focus at the same time and is more reliable in lower light. The Fuji Mini instax film is really sensitive so the light meter in the LC-A really helps.

I can understand your indecision, I've been saving my piggies for an LCA but still need a medium format cam and the new F+ is eye catching... Argh, what I really need is more piggies to get them both!

Thanks for the advice guys! I have just this second bought the LC-A+ Instant Back as I think, having never used instants before, the lightmeter will be a great advantage.

Can't wait to receive it now and take some instant snaps! :D
