Lashing Down
... Soon we were huddled under a large arched gateway outside this newish temple about a 15-minute walk from home, flinching at constant lightning, watching leaves blow sideways, getting soggy socks from the muddy streams pouring down the not-yet-surfaced driveway, and discussing the potential conductivity of the 15 tons of concrete over our heads. Good times. This pic was taken at around 10.30am; it was vaaairy vaaairy dark.
