Lomography

Rodrigo Collazos is a publicist from Cali, Colombia. He graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, located at the same city. Academically, he has continued his education with post-graduate… studies in Cinematographic Production, in the EICTV in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba, where he directed “El abuelo”, his first short film, as well as Specialization Studies in Photography at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, in Bogotá D.C. Since 2005 he has been working with different production proyects from Bogotá, Colombia, performing in the audiovisual area, specially in the fields of photography, motion graphics and color correction. Throughout his work experience, Rodrigo has been part of diverse projects for local and national television (Tv branding for Señal Colombia and Canal Institucional, graphic image for the tv shows “La Sub-30” and “Salvando a Planeta Palabra”), tv commercials and documentaries. His photograpic work, “La Flaka” has been exposed in different galleries and museums from the country since 2007. His work could be defined as a constant exploration of image, both still-image and motion pictures, strongly influenced by art in general and specifically in cinematography; working with image from the chemical processes of still photography to the complex processes of digital video post-production, specially focusing in the color correction. show more show less
