well, of my own experience (now that my 30's are close to the end...) it's perhaps the best time I had until now (but my 40's will be awesome of course! ;) Feeling young and healthy enough to make all you want, less hesitations and fears to accomplish your dreams and in the same time more life experience to make the best choices! :))
