Vacation time! Need to escape from the hustle and bustle of work life into the unknown. I’ve always wanted to travel to Europe again. So far I’ve only been to Brussels, Amsterdam and Paris and that was 10 years ago and way before I got into Lomography.
Now in 2011, me and my friend, Yati will be travelling together over a period of 2 weeks – 27th May 2011 to 11th June 2011 – from Italy to London, France and Spain on a tight budget, on different modes of transportation and hoping to learn a lot about the culture and people, to explore the scenery and the lovely architecture that I’ve only viewed in books and magazines. Planning a trip this huge takes a lot of effort and time and I’ve been at it since we finally book our flight tickets about more than a month ago. There’ll definitely be a few hiccups along the way and maybe some interesting adventures. I just hope we’re both safe and healthy till we get home.
We’re both in need of life changing experiences and meeting you guys will definitely be one of them! So far I’ve only met up lomo friends within the same country and also neighbouring ones. But this time I may have the opportunity to meet you lot there!
So if you live in Rome, Naples, Paris, Nice, London, Florence, Venice, Barcelona do drop me a line. :)
