Monument rocks were incredible, They're chalk formations. On the way across Kansas we found some cool spots. I've got a bad habit of not being careful when the Horizon is at the end of it's roll and advancing it too much and breaking the film. I had this awesome camera store in Colorado Springs take it out for me and put the film in a black canister and tape it. Guess the new person at the lab i usually use briefly opened it when i took it to get developed, because they also RUINED a roll of Velvia 50 that the same thing had happened to in my Horizon. ONly when they took the velvia out of the Horizon, they didnt tape it. I'm very mad about that, it was my first time shooting Velvia 50, and all the pics from the top of Aspen mountain and whatnot are forever lost. rant over. enjoy the pics.

At last. Adam sent me this roll months ago and I've been waiting and waiting for the right time to shoot over it. I think the wait paid off. I shot mine on the way through Kansas and Colorado. Awesome film, first time using it. Super pumped on this collab. Cheers!! http://www.lomography.com/homes/adam_g2000

  • Pinhole: Yosemite Stitch

    shared by pollard71 on 2012-01-24

Three 6x6 pinholes stitched together F235, Kodak Portra 400VC, times probably about one second each. I really need to re-scan the negs on my Yosemite series. Features seen from left to righ (please correct me if I missed something): Yosemite Falls, Indian Canyon, Royal Arches, North Dome, Washington Column, Basket Dome, Tenaya Valley, Half Dome, Sierra Point, Vernal Falls, Liberty Cap, Nevada Falls The images were stitched using MS ICE (free and works well). I can't decide whether I like this stitch...pinholes may not work because of the vignetting. I do like that you can see two major falls...I love that it's clear as hell despite being pinholes. These photos were shot in April or May 2007 when the falls were at their fullest. I love Yosemite, my favorite national park. I need to return.

    shared by nuhdos on 2012-02-18

Shooting on Parque Europa, a place with a lot of famous european monuments in Madrid. My Diana Mini was my choice but I don't like so much the results, because of the high saturation, overexposed shots sometimes and quite blurry :( but I had a good time anyways with my friend Iris !
