Our house is located in an area that was estimated to receive a large amount of snow during the Feb 8th 2013 Blizzard/ Snow storm Charlotte/Nemo. I decided it would be interesting to take a photo every hour until we went to bed and then the next morning.

We began taking photos of the storm at 8:45am on Feb 8th 2013. This is the first photo

three hours later we decided to go for a walk in the storm. My mom took this photo after we left

The snow fell a lot faster while we were hiking when we returned the snow looked like this from the back door

Fast forward to the early evening and there was 2-3 inches of snow

We went out and shoveled the 6 inches of snow that had fallen around 8pm but the snow was falling fast

and the wind was blowing so the photos are dark even with the flash on and they are mostly snow flakes in the frame

We came in from shoveling and went to bed. We awoke to 24+ inches of snow outside our back door

and used the snow blower and we eventually got out of the house

The yard looks pretty with the snow and the house is nice even with 4ft snow banks in front
