Lomography

An Introduction.

Hello!

My name is Joe.

I live/work on a small vegetable farm in the rural of Illinois. I make music, cook, watch lots of movies, shoot pool/snooker, go bowling, golf, skateboard, travel, collect vinyl records, love animals, not vegetarian, fly kites…..

I’m not new to the world of film photography, I grew up in the late 80’s early 90’s, so I mostly used it out of necessity. But I am new to the world of experimenting with film. I’ve made “experimental” music for about 10 years, using lots of home-made instruments and circuit bent electronics. I’m used to tinkering around and either coming up with something good, or breaking something….

I just bought a Lomography Actionsampler and P-Sharan STD Pinhole a few weeks ago and have only developed one roll. I haven’t tried the Pinhole yet since I’m waiting for different film.

Not one to be afraid of the deep end, I jumped in and bought the Belair X 6-12 Cityslicker on a whim (Merry Christmas to me….). I have no idea what I’m going to do with it, but I’m guessing this friendly community can help me get started.

I’m not sure what else to do on this site…. Still fudging around. Send me a message, comment on photos, give me hints & tips. I’m really new at this, so any help would be appreciated.
