Together with a small group of friends, I went to the abandoned amusement park 'Dadipark', which closed almost 10 years ago after a series of accidents in which a 9-year-old boy lost his arm. Although more and more people find their way to this park as it is an open secret, it is still quite intact. It was freaky and fascinating. And definitely worth a visit.
This is an easy method I use to archive my negatives and prints, just using what I get back from the lab without buying additional stuff. It may not be the best method but I get along with it quiet good.
Ever since I got my first LC-A+, I started to get curious and wanted to know about the camera and its origin. A rare chance came along to travel to Russia in June 2011 and I immediately jumped on it. Thus, my journey to the birthplace of LOMO LC-A begins!
Photographing weddings using an old analogue camera, especially the kind of low-fi cameras used in this article, seems pretty crazy since we have access to these 21 megapixel 45 auto-focus digital wonders. But, like all our adventures in film, we just have to jump right in and see what turns out!
Last March 2011, I bought a Lomo LCA+ camera. To be honest, I am not a fan of LCA+ that much because I myself consider a purist with regards to the original LCA camera. Although a lot of people might tell me that there are no difference in between the shots of these two cameras, I say I will still go for the original because… it’s original per se. I don’t know. Blame myself for being a purist. Well, to each its own.
I propose an easy and cheap way of making an exclusive splitzer for our "La Sardina". Interested? Check out the 411 after the jump!
