Finally a LC-A+

I finally did it! I bought a LC-A+ and it arrived yesterday.

I had 21 other cameras before I ordered it. Except for a few duplicates, the others were unique. Each had its own strength and weakness. I just could not justify the cost I was procrastinating on buying it. My last non 120 camera was the Olympus XA, a beautiful camera in its own right. I love the fully manual camera and I bought it because I ride a motorcycle and sometimes minimal weight and size is super convenient when pockets and space is a premium. The only weakness is that being fully manual, a quick shot takes a lot longer than you would like.

I took my piggy points, some saved cash, plus the sacrifice of some duplicate cameras being sold and said now is the time for that LC-A+. It has zone focusing and automatic aperture and exposure. Perfect for a motorcycle ride and a quick pic anywhere.

This weekend will be its maiden voyage. I own Russian designed cameras that I love and I hope that is lives up to the legacy given here.

Wish me luck. I hope to post results soon.
