Every once in a while I lose that creative spark to know what to shoot or what camera to use. Often I go online and pine for some rangefinder, TLR or SLR I can not quite afford. It seems I often console my self with an order of never tried film or a cheap camera to get the creativity back in my system, much to the chagrin of my family.
While I am waiting to try out the new camera or film, I often get to thinking how I will use it. This already gets me with new ideas. Hence, the bundle of new albums recently posted.
The latest addition is the Polaroid V35. Apparently marketed under several names it is a f/8 fixed focus camera that has auto flash, auto advance & rewind and DX coding for 100 & 400 iso metering. It runs on 2 AAA batteries. The handy carrying strap makes it easy to throw over my shoulder like a bandolier while on my motorcycle. I wanted something when I feel my LC-A + is to delicate, like bouncing out of my pocket at 60 MPH.
I have only ran one roll through it, but it is not bad so far.
