This is an entry for Mephisto19's October rumble. It's a brief list of my top 10 favorite members of the site. They are not in order by preference, but in alphabetical order.
This sweet Spaniard always gives me good feedback, and her photos are wonderfully candid and casual. They remind me of the joys of vacationing.
One of the first people to shoot Kodak EIR, and probably one of the best. One of the best experimenters on the site, hands down.
On top of having a collection of cameras to die for, he’s got an eye only a photo-lover could hone after years of work. Certainly a winner in my book.
A “working Lomographer,” he does what I like to do in my little spare time for a living. He’s photographed plenty of models and quite a few famous people, so there’s plenty to love about this Lomo LC-Addict.
All of the sun and glare of the Pacific islands, all through a Lomo lens!
kylethefrench was one of my very first friends on the site, and did a lot to encourage me to try new things and let go a little, especially with light painting and taking candid portraits of people. If you wished it had a bulb mode, he can give it one.
A (sometimes masked) gentleman with a chaotic view of Singapore and a precarious perch on the verge of East and West.
“I just love photography. That’s all.” That’s all you need. That, and some excellent photos, which he has. A Muscovite with no need for formality and a friendly eye for photography.
Mijonju is not only a good photographer, but an important one to the community of folks who stick by film even if people think them strange. He’s an avid collector, a great vlogger, and a talented photographer to boot.
One of my first acquaintances on lomography.com, and a great photographer as well. He scours Puerto Rico and captures it in parts in his photos. His photos sing like his music.
