This photo deserves more attention

please have a look

I think it is because it is again redscale and again Holga and i published it on a Monday that this photo did not show up in the most popular section on the front page of lomography
Though in my opinion it should. It is so intense. The sun behind her head, the light leak on top that looks as if it was the sun, the colors,…
So please give a bit more attention to that beauty.

It is showing Manja aka yarah in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, where we met fo a LomoWalk.
I took a second picture with my Ricoh 500G

One LomoWall showing the Holga redscale in combination with a statue
and one showing the two photos you can see on top combined

there are lots of great unpopular photos! why do you want to be so popular? if you think it's good, it should be enough for you!!! :) you are the most popular here, let others get to the front page :P

right on @lereile It is a good shot Stephan, but there are definitely a lot of great shots that never get recognized.

Definitely an amazing shot that deserves POTD. But again, there are A LOT of amazing shots taken by less well-known photographers on here that get little recognition...it's time to get those guys and gals on the front page!

Well then @jojo8785 maybe those "guys and gals" should write themselves a blog entry about it. At the end of the day, people are free to advertise and promote their shots however they choose (Stephan included). He hasn't become the most popular member of the lomo community overnight and all his hard work etc have paid off. Why are newer members more deserving of attention?

P.S. I love how all the above comments have made this one of the most popular blogs of the week, lol
