the best lomographers
okay, when is something good or even the best? and how to reduce that to only five? how dare i to do so?
well, the thing is that the lomography community is changing a lot and fast. more users, new users. and, like me who is here for more than five years, there have been other people before, people, that though of techniques, tricks, points of views that we all are using.
i made a collection of my top five as i see them. you should really have a look at their lomohomes as there shots are the best of the best!

These are all great lomographers. Thanks for introducing them. I can see why they made your top picks. There are countless more on this level as well. You should do a top 100 one day.

@peteparker i reduced myself to the "older" lomographers, the ones active mostly before the site changed to this look... so it was easier... right now i could not choose only five... who would those five be? no clue! but an interesting question.... so maybe i will make a top whatever for current lomography one day (if i have time)

@mephisto19 you're right, man. It is really difficult to make a top ten even because the most active users sometimes are not the best ones. The techniques are different, the styles and creativity has many shapes and the images of some people (including myself) sometimes are really great sometimes are normal...

@peteparker my selection was not based on activity... those five really improved lomography and started using techniques, we now all know and use as if they had always been there...
so a top ten would not be based on activity at all... it would be about the certain feeling, that some people have.... there are some lomohomes i can look at a lot... @jennson for example, to name one... or @kristianj he is doing a lot on the field of film experiments and we also chat about our work.... or, of course, @satomi who is improving and improving her work

@peteparker but you the the more active ones more :) so i am sometimes really thrilled finding a small undiscovered lomohome somewhere with great photos :))))

this takes me back... I am trying to remember all the old faces who made a splash...ccoh who got everyone on a spin because of all his naked ladies and the infamous bj pic, adam scott, cosmonaut from colombia (my personal all time favourite), blackpot...a really cool dude who actually sent me an LCA he had spare when mine got pinched... and i dont even know the guy....pixelgod... he had great photos and wound people up for having the temerity to admit he used a bit of photshop to tweek his pics.... memories of very talented people

@lolfox I was just going to say the same thing...it takes me right back to the old days, when I had no idea what xpro or double exposures etc were.
I remember Natalie Zwillinger posting something about how multiple exposures were so pivotal to her style that she'd never go back to single exposures again!

fortunately all cosmonauts pics are still here under the name cosmoonaut
