BERLIN ALEXANDERPLATZ
Der Alexanderplatz in Berlin ist nicht zuletzt durch den gleichnamigen Roman von Alfred Döblin aus dem Jahr 1929 bis heute mehr als nur ein physischer Ort. Berlin Alexanderplatz. Die Geschichte des Franz Biberkopf gilt als einziger bedeutender deutscher Grossstadtroman. Alfred Döblin erzählt darin die Geschichte des Transportarbeiters Franz Biberkopf. Der dumpfe, gutmütig-jähzornige Mann wurde aus der Strafanstalt Berlin-Tegel entlassen. Er möchte im Berlin der 20er Jahre ins ehrliche Berufsleben zurückfinden, doch die Grossstadt selbst mit ihren Verlockungen wird zu seinem Gegner. Er erschrickt vor er auf ihn eindringenden Lebensfülle.
