"bad colours" you say?

I guess commercial processing firms don't always know about Lomography.

today I got some photos I took with the Lomography Redscale XR 50 – 200 film. photos were great(ish, first roll, you see) but what amused me was a little note that came with the photos from the firm which developed the film.
“Chemistry affected to the film abnormally, because the film(s emulsion) was the wrong way round in the cartridge. That’s why the photos have bad colours.”

THAT’S WHY THE PHOTOS HAVE BAD COLOURS.

I really don’t know if I should laugh or weep or facepalm. maybe all.
