I participated in a gathering of social activists that happened last Thursday in front of the Japan Embassy to express solidarity with the Japanese people in time of crisis and threat of further nuclear disaster. Aside from lighting candles and offering of flowers, some held placards bearing the statement "We All Live In Fukushima" which underscores the fact that we all live in one planet and whatever crisis happens in one part of the earth will definitely impact elsewhere. Hoping that the crisis in Japan will soon be resolved and lives will be restored to normalcy.
