What better way to end the summer than to spend a week in the Hamptons? How about spending a week with friends and family in the Hamptons right on the harbor where you could go clamming and kayaking and drink beer all day. That was basically my end-of-summer vacation this year.

After graduating from NYU in May, it sure felt good to get out of the city and onto the beach in Cabo, Mexico for a week-long summer vacation. Visiting Mexico for the first time was definitely my most memorable escapade of 2011.
