The road to Eastfield by Jonathan Polkest
I left Redruth and hitch hiked to London on the A30, I got as far as somewhere in the Ilminster/Crewkerne area, I slept in an orchard were heavy dew and a thick morning mist greeted my awakening, I decided to return to Redruth and duly crossed the carriageway getting a lift almost immedietly from a house builder who offered me a days work in Ilminster and later asked if I was available to look after 13 cats at Eastfield Farm West Chinook, I of course agreed that this would not inconvenience my progress one jot.......
