Analogue Boy, Digital World.
I was a digital baby. Born right when film was ending and digital was being born. I remember my mother’s film camera, a minolta 3000i, she loved it.
It was not too recent that I found out what exactly Lomography was. I was looking for a Fisheye lens for my sisters Canon DSLR. They were waaay expensive, but that’s another story. I went on to search and stumbled across this camera called a “Fisheye 2.” I found out that is was film and i instantaneously fell in love. Then I found out that it was even LOMOGRAPHIC!?
I didn’t even know what Lomography was… So i used my best friend Google. I think I fell in love, again. I started searching photos of Lomography and I was hooked. It wasn’t too soon after that I ordered my first Analogue – Lomographic Camera, a Diana Mini. I used my Piggies to help me get some films and a week later it arrived at my doorstep. I jumped for Joy, Literally.
Now a week and a half later I’ve used 5 rolls of film, and have learned so much about it and I plan to keep on going.
